What UAS could deliver a 50-pound payload for launch and landing on a moving ship at sea without use of catapults, cables, or nets?

DSIAC was asked to compile a list of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) that fit specific, given attributes, including being able to land and launch from a moving ship at sea. DSIAC compiled a list of systems to consider and also directed the inquirer to the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International’s (AUVSI) database, which contains an extensive and searchable list of UAS.
