What are the capabilities of a satellite network & the operator running it?

Stemming from the recent satellite launching upon a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket, DSIAC was asked to assess the capabilities and assets of a satellite operating company and its subsidiaries. In particular the inquirer was interested in the satellite manufacturers, the government-angled abilities, maritime capabilities, and cost estimates. Open source and Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) R&E Gateway literature searches were executed to find information and articles of interest related to the satellite organization of interested. DSIAC also interacted with personnel from the satellite organization for extra insight and contact information. Pertinent information and bibliographies were compiled into a report that can be requested from DSIAC.
