CPP Chief, Counter-MANPADS Program TSA/DHS

The TSA Counter-MANPADS Program (CMP) is responsible for C-MANPADS outreach, training and assessments for all domestic commercial airports, and international airports with flights to the U.S. The CMP conducts MANPADS Vulnerability Assessments (MVA), basic training programs and law enforcement MANPADS recognition training, using a proven and worldwide recognized assessment methodology. Currently deploying C-MANPADS assessment software “Counter-Terrorism and Search Position Ranking and Analysis System” (CTS-PRAS) to all major airports, and developing training programs to assist foreign in mitigating MANPADS threats.
