*** Given the rapidly evolving situation surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and the CDC and DOD directives to restrict travel and large gatherings, the Aircraft Combat Survivability Short Course has been postponed. We will reschedule the short course for later in 2020, date and location TBD. ***

This 3-day short course in aircraft combat survivability is designed to provide an overview of the aircraft combat survivability discipline. The course is intended for Department of Defense (DoD), active duty military and government contractors who need to better understand how to increase the survivability and combat effectiveness of air platforms, both manned and unmanned systems.  Many students typically work in aircraft survivability fields such as susceptibility reduction and vulnerability reduction, survivability modeling and simulation, ballistic and vulnerability testing, and systems engineering.  However, the course will also greatly benefit personnel working program management and acquisition of DoD aircraft, as well as military pilots and personnel in aviation commands.
