Chris Swickline is a chief digital engineer within the Digital Systems Engineering group of Science Applications International Corporation’s Engineering Innovation Factory, where he develops and applies digital engineering strategies and capabilities and model-based systems engineering across land, sea, air, space, and cyberspace domain missions. He has spent most of his career developing multifunction systems in support of integrated air and missile defense and nonkinetics (electronic warfare, signals intelligence, etc.). Dr. Swickline holds a Ph.D. in systems engineering from George Washington University, an M.S. in systems engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and a B.S. in computer science from Penn State University.
