David H. Hall holds B.S. and M.A. degrees in Mathematics from California State University at Long Beach; he retired from Federal Civil Service as Branch Head in the Aircraft Survivability Division at the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake and Director of the Joint Accreditation Support Activity (JASA), and he is a Fellow of the Naval Air Warfare Center. Currently he is the Chief Analyst of SURVICE Engineering Company for VV&A.
