Dr. Dennis Butcher is the Deputy Branch Chief and Lead for Additive Manufacturing of Composites for Limited Life Aircraft Structures, AFRL’s Composite, Polymer Matrix Composites Branch. He manages development efforts to mature AM materials and processes for attritable platforms. As Program Manager for the Printed Composites for Attritables and Rapid Deployables Program, he leads a multidisciplinary team to lower a notional ground targeting mission’s cost by 30% in a peer adversary denied environment.
