Dr. Lisa Rueschhoff

Lisa Rueschhoff is a senior materials research engineer in the Materials and Manufacturing Directorate at the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), where she works on materials for morphing structures. Her current research areas include additive manufacturing and advanced processing methods for ultra-high temperature structural ceramics and composites. She first joined AFRL as a National Research Council Postdoctoral Fellow and then as a civilian member of the Ceramics Branch. Dr. Rueschhoff received her B.S. and Ph.D. in materials engineering from Iowa State University and Purdue University, respectively.
