Chairman of the Board of Directors of the RVJ Institute

Melinda Tourangeau is the Executive Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the RVJ Institute, Inc., a nonprofit public charity dedicated exclusively to excellence in the electromagnetic spectrum. She is also the President and Cofounder of Warrior Support Solutions, LLC, a woman- and veteran-owned, small business that performs research, studies, and analysis in electromagnetic spectrum operations for the U.S. Department of Defense, industry, and academia. She served in the U.S. Air Force as an electrical engineer managing high technology programs and worked as a data systems engineer and program manager leading several electro-optic and intelligence programs. Mrs. Tourangeau holds bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering, as well as a patent on photodiode enhancements using nanotechnology.
