The Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Acquisition Directorate (AD) is seeking information on commercially available Non-Lethal vehicle interdiction products and technologies on behalf of the Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA). PFPA is interested in proven solutions that ideally have been fielded with other organizations and could potentially enhance the ability to further protect the security of its assigned perimeter. PFPA is seeking a technology that enables the interdiction and stopping of a broad spectrum of ground vehicles through less than lethal means, when necessary.

The primary focus of this RFI is to investigate systems that can counter a variety of ground vehicles at various speeds and scenarios.
