What air-to-ground imagery datasets are available for use in artificial intelligence (AI)/machine-learning (ML) algorithm development efforts?

The Defense Systems Information Analysis Center (DSIAC) is seeking air-to-ground imagery datasets that can be used by DoD researchers in in AI/ML algorithm development efforts. We are open to any available datasets that have any of the following attributes, listed in order of importance:

  1. Air to Ground
  2. Medium Wavelength Infrared (MWIR)
  3. Long Wavelength Infrared (LWIR)
  4. Day/Night
  5. Moving Objects, Such as Cars or Trucks
  6. Full-Motion Video (FMV)
  7. Object Labels/Ground Truth
  8. Location and Environmental Weather Data
  9. Wide-Area Motion Imagery (WAMI)
