What VTOL unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) that are commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) are capable of blood deliveries?
DSIAC was asked to find commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) unmanned aircraft system (UAS) solutions for blood delivery that could fulfill a list of inquirer requirements. DSIAC staff and subject matter experts (SMEs) performed open-source searches on commercial and military UAS to find systems that met all or most of the requirements. A draft of the findings was compiled and delivered to the inquirer.
