What information is available on current efforts to improve survivable fuzes for penetrating munitions?

The Defense Systems Information Analysis Center (DSIAC) is seeking information on current research to improve the overall design and survivability of fuzes to make penetrating munitions more reliable.  Efforts can be related to improvements in advanced materials development and use, fuze design, nose shape design, microelectronics survivability to high-impact g-forces, etc. Information on the organization, labs, funding, and a development timeline is preferred.
