Are there any gallium arsenide thin solar film technologies that meet the requirements to support the warfighter?
DSIAC staff reached out to universities, national laboratories, and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) involved with solar cell/film technology, specifically focusing on gallium arsenide (GaAs) technology. Information on current and projected capabilities in comparison to the desired qualifying characteristics outlined by the inquirer was requested from each organization. A table of companies and related product information was compiled, along with contact information, in a response report that was delivered to the inquirer.
